The DISC Assessment
Taking the DISC assessment helps people understand their own workstyle and communication preferences along with those of others, and can help solve the challenges many teams face – working together effectively.
What is DISC?
DISC is a popular behavioral assessment tool used by companies worldwide to improve interpersonal effectiveness amongst teams and individuals. The DISC model is based on four behavioral styles: D-Dominance, I–Influence, S-Steadiness, and C-Compliance.
- The DISC assessment takes about 10-15mins to complete, and the results will be directly emailed to you.
- Answers cannot be saved, so please take it at a time where you can complete the whole assessment.
- Don’t overanalyze the questions, go with your first instinct.
- Check your junk folder if you don’t receive the assessment in your inbox.
You will gain greater insights into your own behavioral characteristics, personal motivators and DISC communication style and preferences. You will learn about personal time wasters, keys to managing and motivating, and your ideal work environment, along with tips for how to improve communication and interactions with other DISC styles.
