George Phirippidis is the CEO and Senior Consultant at KerrHill. With more than 23 years of experience, he has trained and coached thousands of professionals across over 30 industries. George specializes in leadership development for leaders, managers, supervisors, and teams, and has coached senior executives at leading organizations. He also facilitates high-impact strategic planning sessions and team-building offsites that align vision, strengthen collaboration, and drive results.

His passion for leadership and management development led him to author Six Functions of Management, an interactive manager’s field guide that distills the core principles and practical tools from his intensive 2–3 day management training programs. In addition, he is certified in a variety of leading career and leadership assessment tools, enabling him to deliver highly personalized and actionable development experiences.
